Swedish strokes, deep tissue, Neurokinetic therapy and IASTM techniques may be used to relieve both muscle adhesion and connective tissue restriction below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and aid in the expediency of healing injuries. The techniques used will vary per individual and per session.
