Jessica began her formal training in Clinical Herbalism in 2015 under Michael Tierra at East West school of planetary Herbology, and is a recognized member of the American herbalist Guild. She Graduated in 2016 for  Functional Nutrition under Gray Graham at The Nutrition Therapy Association & More recently a graduate in 2018 from Crystal Mountain Massage Institute as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her modality focus is mainly in Swedish massage, musculoskeletal pain , and Myofascial release.

Currently continuing her education in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Nuerokinetic Therapy, Jessica plans to enhance the already effective & informative practice of Functional Nutrition as well as her mobility treatments.

“I always knew my place was in healing I just couldn’t find my position until recently.”  Jessica believes that with a whole food nutrient dense diet in combination with the proper supplements, self care and guidance of course. You too, can achieve your desired health goals and a better quality of life.

Outside of her studies she enjoys music, yoga, weightlifting, exploring, cooking- trying new recipes to share, spending time with family and friends, learning about green building and other traditional ways of living like gardening  & permaculture.  Also a practicing advocate in the medical cannabis field, Jessica has received certifications in  clinical practice aspects of the therapeutic uses of cannabis, and is currently working on a separate informative website to aid in the understanding of the “incredible benefits” for everyone in it’s use in combination with nutrition.
