The evaluation entails the full workup. Please review the "What is Nutrition Therapy" section prior to booking. This session will require the exchange of in depth information such as completion of a questionnaire, a food log and likely sharing recent lab results and any other related material prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. No call, no show will NOT be refunded.
