IASTM or "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization,” is a manual therapy approach to musculoskeletal injuries using specifically designed Smart Tools that were developed to assist in effective treatment of adhesions and scarring brought on by surgeries, injuries, and overuse of muscles. Working adhesions require repeated focus on one specific area and can be a bit tender at first. Ideally we minimize the issue until its resolved with repeated sessions at about 10 minutes per session. This can be an add on service, or a stand alone appointment. Price is per area.
