The Southwest region extends through Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, & Utah. Texas and Oklahoma are often considered part of the southwest climatically as well. That leaves a wide variety of historically medicinal plants that can generally be used to aid us in many of the common ailments we experience today. I use both science based and traditional approaches in my practice promoting the responsible use of herbal medicine.
